Highly recommended!

MOVIES -the movies I watched recently which I loved are both monster movie premieres. I am not recommending them though, because of that! If you do have the chance and contemplating on what's good to check out? "NIGHT AT THE MUSEUM!" Starring Ben Stiller, Robin Williams and Owen Wilson.I got overly excited too when I realized it was Dick Van Dyke in there. My favourite character was the guy from The office - Ricky Gervais.I loved him! Classic lines! Hilarious I tell you! I had a hangover from the movie for days. Trying to imitate scenes in it, the humour, everything! And to think I was not too thrilled about watching it because I did not know any better! Eventhough I heard it topped the box office for weeks, I wasn't expecting much from it. Really really good movie! catch it!

The other one I am inviting you to watch would be "THE HOLIDAY" featuring cameron Diaz, Jude Law, Kate Winslet and Jack Black. Feel good movie, a good laugh and leaves a pleasant impression on you. Kate Winslet even threw several lines that I could relate to when she was talking about that heartache, the break-up and how you still hope. Boy could I relate to that feeling! At least I did :)

RESTOS - Are you guilty of loving a restaurant so much that everyday for weeks you end up going there? Well I am! I have my "——" phase. Fill that blank in with the following - kenny rogers, dulcinea, sbarro, subway….As of press time, for your gastronomic pleasure, I highly recommend the following:

KULINARYA - Located on the lower level of Powerplant mall. I love the food and adore the presentation. My best picks and what I always end up getting each time Gary and I go there would be the crabstick teriyaki, the gravlax salad and the salmon sinigang! YUM!!!!! The mere thought of it right now is making me salivate! A little bit on the pricey side especially if you are used to P100 or less meals. But well worth it for your once-in-awhile trips to the resto. For a date for two, P800 would be a safe budget for this particular food find.

VIA MARE - Their puto bumbong with queso de Bola is to die for, I tell you! It comes complete with the grated coconut, mascuvado sugar and grated queso de bola. That would set you back P73. Sometimes I have such bad cravings for it I pester Gary to get me some like an infanticipating woman. Via Mare in promenade, greenhills is walking distance from his condo, so we frequent that particular branch, although Via Mare in greenbelt would have the better ambiance, perfect for a date complete with wine and oysters. You can also try their salmon sinigang sa miso and gising-gising. They've got good iced teas and their salabat is of authentic ginger. A dinner for two would cost you about P700, without the wine and oysters of course.

CIBO - My newest favourite! Menu is in Italian but they've got the english description in brackets so you'll survive being bilingual! I love their squash soup, Zucca something (P165). I recently discovered one of their specials, their appetizer of mozzarella and white cheese as a dip with their very thin crunchy white bread! A little expensive but I LOVE mozzarella and this one combined mozza and white cheese. It goes for P190. They have really good pastas and sandwiches, way too many to mention any specifics but to down all that, order their red grape shake Uva Nera which will set you back P90, their strawberry shake or the really freshly squeezed orange Juice! And as I type this, I will either end up inviting my baby for dinner, or text my best friend so we can eat at Cibo, also one of her favourite restos! This would probably the most expensive of the three I mentioned here because a normal filling meal for two is roughly P1200.

So there! of course I am no food critic but hey! these ones passed my not-so-stringent criteria so try them out! :) And to cap it off with perfection, 12 oz of Dairy queen's Blizzard BROWNIE TEMPTATION with extra toppings of Cashew nuts! :) yyyyuuuuuuummmmmmmmmmmm!
